I'm a Mental health nurse with over 18 year's experience working in a variety of setting. I have gathered multiple skills over my time, and now utilise these to support people in a one-to-one setting. I use my experience to try and help people make healthy changes to support their mental wellbeing through the use of talking therapy.
Brief list of support I can offer below, but please make contact and we can discuss if I can support further before you commit to an initial session .
Dialectal behavioural therapy informed work, anxiety, depression ,low self-esteem , Emotional regulation work.
Initial 1:1 50 min session, for getting to know each other and initial assessment of need, and to find out what would like to be achieved , £55
1:1 session after initial session £65 for 50min.
In our session we will use this time to unpick your story together and work together to identify life events that have had an impact on you. Together we will then work on these to support you in your journey to recovery
