After completing a Diploma in Massage Therapy, Adam continues to strive for further knowledge involving nutrition, rehabilitation and neurology. Rather than providing a quick fix, Adam takes a catered approach by listening and understanding your previous injuries to ensure that the underlying issue is resolved.

Adam has vast experience such as currently working with Northampton Town FC as a soft tissue therapist to ensure the first team players can perform to levels required within the sport.
