NEW Pilates Class At KB Therapy Clinic

Do you wake in the morning with aches and pains?

Worried about your lack of flexibility?

Concerned about your upper body strength or stamina?

 

Pilates is an exercise routine that can help you develop better movement causing less wear and tear on your joints. It also improves your strength and balance and can help prevent lower back pain.

 

Suitable for women and men, any age.

 

Class limited to 10 people, beginners welcome.

6 week block.

£10.00 per class.

 

Classes re on Fridays from 11am to 12 midday.
